One thing I notice about people who tend to over eat in the evening are people who save most of their calories for the evening.

I know it is tough when you’re dieting because you’ve only got a certain amount of food to play with.

Because you have few calories doesn’t mean you should not be trying to save all of your calories at night.

My theory is the reason people tend to overeat at the night is because of the energy mismatch they have during the day.

So if you want to stop overeating at night, you have to change your habits.

You will do your training, get in all of your steps have a busy active day and you’ve eaten like 600 – 800 calories and you’ve saved yourself 800 – 1000+ calories for the evening to eat.

Because you’ve basically eaten nothing all day your body is now wanting to chow down and have a feast.

Even though you’ve smashed over 800 calories and are full you still find yourself looking for food after.

So I urge you if you are someone who does this is, eat more during the day.

Not only can this help you stop overeating at night, it is also much better for your digestion instead of trying to shovel down all of your food in one go.

What I’d recommend you do when it comes to eating is to spread your calories out.

Try and evenly spread them throughout the day.

This will help keep your meals more regular and you will be less hungry in the evening.

This means if you are dieting on 2000 calories.

You can eat 450 calories for breakfast lunch and snack.

Then you’ll have 650 calories for the evening which will still be good to help with hunger.

Just something to think about…
