My name is Tyson Brown and I am an online coach who specifically focuses on nutrition and sports nutrition. I have been a trainer and coach for eight years and I’ve struggled with an eating disorder for five of those years. This is why I have become a coach. My goal is to help you fix your relationships with food, learn how to eat for their goals and to help you perform at your best. I have spent the last three years studying nutrition to understand how food works in the body and how I can help you regain control over your diet and relationship with food.
I am a normal guy who doesn’t want you to become consumed by this whole health and fitness thing. I know you’re a normal person who just wants to look a little bit better, feel more confident and healthier overall. This is why it’s my mission to show you how you can still live a normal life and get the results you’re after. I understand that you have a job and a family and other things that you find more important which is why you need to have a plan based around YOUR lifestyle and what’s realistic for you. You will not have to cut out carbs or do endless amounts of cardio a day, my goal is to show you how to make your new lifestyle sustainable.
