One of the most common questions I’m asked is how to get results.

People always tend to fall into the trap of the all or nothing mentality.

When they want to start a fitness journey they think that if they don’t do everything they need to every day they might as well not even bother.

This is a bad way to go about it if you’re asking how to get results.

If you ever want to see long term success with your fitness, it’s not going to be from following the all or nothing mentality.

You have to accept that on some days you’re not going to be able to do exactly what you want to do BUT something is always better than nothing.

If you even do a fraction of what you intended to do, then you’re on the right path and ingraining good habits no matter how small.
